We are currently looking for a Training Team Leader who is both experienced and highly motivated to lead our team towards success. The desired candidate should possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, in addition to being highly organized. The focus of the role is to manage Training of All CSO's in Lending/ Collections - DE & AT/ Extra Karte to meet and exceed company goals.
Responsibilities:
To provide ongoing Customer Service training to various teams. setting clear goals and targets, and ensuring they are met.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to Team Members to improve their performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members.
- Monitor ongoing team performance and take corrective action when necessary to ensure goals are achieved.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of team performance and progress towards goals.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve company-wide objectives.
- Act as a liaison between the teams and upper management, communicating training goals and progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or similar in a relevant field
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, with proven Training, Leadership and Management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide Training and Motivate to achieve goals and objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / PowerPoint and Project Management Tools
- Ability to Create Powerwork under pressure and meet training deadlines.
- Proven ability to Analyze data and make suitable decisions to adapt training.
- An individual with a strong commitment to their work, a positive outlook, and the ability to be flexible in the face of change.
